All Italian Green Bakery products are prepared without ingredients of animal origin, without milk and eggs, but are always super delicious. Ingredients: WHEAT flour, salted caramel cream 20% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, caramelized sugar 5% corresponding to 1% of the finished product, sunflower oil, ethyl alcohol, salt 1,1% corresponding to 0,22% of the finished product, gelling agent: pectins, corn modified starch; stabiliser: calcium sulphate; natural flavourings, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), vegetable margarine (oils: palm, sunflower; water, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, water, sourdough 4% (WHEAT), inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithins; SOY protein isolate, BARLEY malt, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. • May contain NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS.
