Naturally leavened

A long leavening period of 72 hours with nothing but a starter ensures that they’re naturally soft, wonderfully fragrant and full of traditional goodness. Traditional goodness.

Triple kneading

The natural goodness of the products stems from a blend of plant-based ingredients and artisanal techniques, including no fewer than three kneading processes.

As part of our eco-friendly approach, we use paper packaging instead of the plastic packs that are normally used for products of this kind. Sustainable.

Pasticceria Fraccaro was founded as an artisan bakery in Castelfranco Veneto in 1932. Pasticceria Fraccaro is now presenting the Italian Green Bakery selection of Brioches, Swirls and Croissants. Packed with sweet taste sensations, they’re ideally suited to contemporary life and can brighten up any time of day.
