The new Italian Green Bakery range caters to modern eating habits with a cheerful selection of products that are packed with flavour and all strictly plant-based.

Made without milk, eggs or any other ingredients of animal origin, they’re packed with flavour and always irresistible.

A long leavening period of 72 hours with nothing but a starter ensures that they’re naturally soft, wonderfully fragrant and full of traditional goodness. Traditional goodness.

The natural goodness of the products stems from a blend of plant-based ingredients and artisanal techniques, including no fewer than three kneading processes.

As part of our eco-friendly approach, we use paper packaging instead of the plastic packs that are normally used for products of this kind. Sustainable.

The wrapping of each product stays in plastic to ensure safety, goodness and fragrance of the product and its fillings. Please, collect separately for greater environmental sustainability.
