All Italian Green Bakery products are prepared without ingredients of animal origin, without milk and eggs, but are always super delicious. Naturally soft and with an enveloping aroma thanks to the long 72-hour leavening process with sourdough, in accordance with tradition. Ingredients: WHEAT flour, coconut cream 20% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, sunflower oil, coconut milk powder 4,5% corresponding to 0,9% of the finished product, ethyl alcohol, colour: calcium carbonate; gelling agent: pectins; modified corn starch, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavourings, acidity regulator: lactic acid), vegetable margarine (oil: palm, sunflower, coconut, rapeseed, SOY; water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings), dark chocolate 13% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithins, natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, water, sourdough 4% (WHEAT), inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithins; SOY flour, BARLEY malted, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS.
