All Italian Green Bakery products are prepared without ingredients of animal origin, without milk and eggs, but are always super delicious. Naturally soft and with an enveloping aroma thanks to the long 72-hour leavening process with sourdough, in accordance with tradition. A plant-based line that does not compromise on traditional processing, with three doughs, for a naturally good product.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, pistachio cream 20% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, PISTACHIO 6% paste corresponding to 1,2% of the finished product, sunflower oil, vegetable pea proteins, thickener: modified corn starch; flavourings, colours: calcium carbonate, chlorophyllin, curcumin; gelling agent: pectins; salt), vegetable margarine (oils: palm, sunflower, coconut, rapeseed, SOY; water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings), sugar, water, sourdough 4% (WHEAT), inverted sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithins; SOY flour, BARLEY malted, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain other NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS.
