Neither milk nor eggs are used to make “Italian Green Bakery” Swirls, which are naturally leavened for 72 hours and undergo an artisanal triple kneading process.
Soft and delicious with a generous filling, they’re ideal at any time of day. The Cream with Chocolate Chips and Candied Orange Pieces is a real pleasure for the palate.
Ingredients: wheat flour, vegetable margarine (palm oil, sunflower oil, water, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings), sugar, cream 10% (water, glucose syrup, sugar, palm oil, thickeners: modified corn starch, sodium alginate; emulsifiers: sucrose esters of fatty acids; colours: safflower extract, β-Carotene; acidity regulator: lactic acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavourings), dark chocolate 5% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), candied orange peels 5% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sourdough 5% (wheat), inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; pea flour, salt, malted wheat flour, natural vanilla flavouring, natural lemon flavouring.
